How much is shipping? Shipping is FREE!!
How do you ship? An order of a single scarf is shipped via registered Priority Airmail. Orders that include multiple scarves are sent via Fedex. All cashmere shawls, whether single or multiple, are shipped via Fedex.
Do scarves come with the Hermes box? No, unless specifically stated in the description. In some cases we can include a box for an additional charge of $25. This is simply to cover the added expense of shipping with the box.
Will I have to pay import tax? Buyers are responsible for any taxes or duties that may apply in their country.
Can I return a scarf? Yes. For a restocking fee of $15, you can return a scarf within three days of receiving it. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Do you accept scarves for consignment? Yes. Our consignment terms are a 50/50 split of the sale price. Please email us to make shipping arrangements, etc.
Do you buy scarves? At the moment we are only buying certain vintage or rare scarves that are missing from our private collection. If you think you have a scarf that would be of interest to us please email the name of the design. If you have regular Hermes scarves you would like to sell we recommend sending them to us in commission.
What is the "S" stamp? The "S" stamp is a small ink-stamped S usually located on the back corner under or on the care tag. This indicates that the scarf was sold in either an Hermes private or public sale. We always mention if and when a scarf has the S stamp.
Can you explain the terms used to describe the condition?
New - never worn. It may be from an older season and may or may not still have the care tag.
Pristine - virtually new, may have been worn once or twice.
Excellent - Has been worn but has no significant signs of use or wear.
Any condition other than this will be clearly noted in the description of the scarf.
